Dimensions of Wellness

& Coaching Style

All of my courses & follow up coaching are based on a holistic view of the human experience. As a Registered Nurse, I use the nursing process to Assess Situations, Individuals, and Family Units. I use SAMHSA's (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration) Dimensions of Wellness to explore strengths and opportunities to optimize any scenario. When I say 'recovery', it is not meant to imply addiction, but to highlight an individual's potential to overcome barriers.

My Coaching Sessions are exclusive to students who have successfully completed one of my courses including a basic comprehension quiz. This allows us to begin the coaching with a common ground foundation for progress.

This session is meant for YOU. This time is to answer content questions and discuss how the coursework and concepts apply to your individual and unique situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

I do not issue refunds for Coaching Sessions. To assure we are a good fit and will have a productive session, I offer a complimentary 20 minute meet/greet prior to our full one hour session. If you do not wish to proceed with our session, I will issue a full refund at that time.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. Each Initial Coaching Session begins with a 20 minute complementary meet/greet. After that, if you wish to proceed, we will schedule the one hour session.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Initial Coaching is meant to answer your course specific follow up questions and apply content to your individual needs. Rarely would additional coaching be needed. I do offer in depth Nurse Assessment, Interventions, and Case Management through my company Holistic Interventionist LLC. If we agree that you would benefit from any of those services, we will come up with a plan of care.
